5-out Motion Offense

Transition flow – 5 out

Transition offense = where your players are going when the ball changes possession (“Where do we go when we get the ball?) – these are typically spots on the floor

Base offense = what you run offensively (could be 5 Out, Dribble Drive, Princeton, Continuity Ball Screen, etc.)

Flow = without pulling the ball out or calling a set play, going straight into our base offense from transition without a hitch or pause
