Continues Structured Shooting
- 2 or 3 balls, depends on the number of players.
- Ball must be no longer dan 2 seconds in hands, but shooting is only allowed when there is no other ball in the way. So it includes passing and spacing of players.
'200 Shooting'. 4 mins on the⏰.We pick2⃣areas. Players shoot. Keep score by 2's & 3's. Every 40 points team changes the passing line & shoots from the next spot. We typically do the trail spots & then a wing spot. Team tries to transition quickly from spot to spot. pic.twitter.com/GcuSoU9aht
